What happens after I sign up?

You provide your company domain and some basic details. BEAT immediately runs a public signal scan — analysing your website, SEO signals, performance, messaging, trust, and technology stack. You then add your business context (growth priorities, pressures, objectives), and BEAT generates your first executive briefing. The whole process takes a few minutes of setup and a few more minutes of analysis.

Do I need to connect my data to get started?

No. The free plan and plans up to BEAT Specialist work entirely from public signals and the context you provide. Connected Intelligence (GA4 and Search Console) is available on the BEAT Connect plan and turns signal-based hypotheses into data-validated findings. You can start with a full briefing today without connecting anything.

What is the difference between the briefing and the Lenses?

The executive briefing is a synthesis — it reads all available intelligence and identifies the dominant growth friction and strategic priorities. Lenses are specialist investigations into one dimension of growth: Strategy, Experience, Visibility, Messaging, Trust, or Operations. You would typically start with the briefing to understand what the main constraint is, then use the relevant Lens to investigate it in depth.

Can my whole team use BEAT?

Team collaboration is available on the BEAT Specialist plan and above. You can invite up to five team members to your workspace. Each member can view all briefings and analyses, comment on findings, and be assigned growth actions. The workspace owner manages roles and permissions.

How often is the briefing updated?

You can trigger a new public signal scan at any time. Each new scan creates a new snapshot, and a new briefing can be generated from it. There is no enforced cadence — most teams run a scan when something changes in the business (new strategy, new campaign, new quarter) or when they want a fresh read of their growth position.

What role does BEAT play alongside my existing team or agency?

BEAT is the diagnostic layer that most execution decisions skip. Before briefing an agency, before allocating budget, before commissioning external work — you now have a calibrated read of where growth is actually constrained. Teams use it to sharpen external briefs, reduce the frequency of external engagements, and ensure that every downstream decision starts from shared evidence rather than competing hypotheses.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices shown are excluding VAT (HT). VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country and business status. EU businesses with a valid VAT number benefit from the intra-community reverse charge, where VAT is accounted for in your own country rather than charged by us.
