What happens after I sign up?

You provide your company domain and some basic details. BEAT immediately runs a public signal scan — analysing your website, SEO signals, performance, messaging, trust, and technology stack. You then add your business context (growth priorities, pressures, objectives), and BEAT generates your first executive briefing. The whole process takes a few minutes of setup and a few more minutes of analysis.

Do I need to connect my data to get started?

No. The free plan and plans up to BEAT Specialist work entirely from public signals and the context you provide. Connected Intelligence (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta) is available on the BEAT Connect and Partner plans and turns signal-based hypotheses into data-validated findings. You can start with a full briefing today without connecting anything.

What is the difference between the briefing, the Lenses and a Growth Investigation?

The executive briefing is the synthesis: it reads all available intelligence and names what deserves attention first. A Growth Investigation answers one leadership question — it weighs competing explanations against your evidence, challenges its own conclusion and returns what to do first and what still needs to be established. Lenses go deep on one dimension of growth: Strategy, Experience, Visibility, Messaging, Trust or Operations. Start with the briefing, then investigate or open the relevant Lens before committing resources.

Can my whole team use BEAT?

Team collaboration is available on the BEAT Specialist plan and above. You can invite up to five team members to your workspace. Each member can view all briefings and analyses, comment on findings, and be assigned growth actions. The workspace owner manages roles and permissions.

How often is the briefing updated?

Every week BEAT re-reads your public site (and, from the Intelligence plan, the competitors you track), and the priority on your dashboard is recomputed from the latest reading; connected sources sync daily. When new evidence arrives, BEAT states what it changes in your current briefing, and Pulse writes to you only when a change is large and reliable enough to matter. The Executive Briefing itself is regenerated when you decide — it is never rewritten automatically. You can also trigger a new scan at any time.

What role does BEAT play alongside my existing team or agency?

BEAT is the diagnostic layer that most execution decisions skip. Before briefing an agency, before allocating budget, before commissioning external work — you now have a calibrated read of where growth is actually constrained. Teams use it to sharpen external briefs, reduce the frequency of external engagements, and ensure that every downstream decision starts from shared evidence rather than competing hypotheses.

What do Growth Investigations and Journey Intelligence include?

Both are part of BEAT Specialist and above. Each workspace can run 6 Growth Investigations and 20 journey walks per month. A journey investigation uses two walks (desktop and mobile), and when a Growth Investigation walks a journey it uses the same allowance. Investigations run when you ask a question — BEAT does not start them on its own. The 14-day trial, started from inside your workspace, includes one Growth Investigation and two journey walks; connected data is not part of the trial.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices shown are excluding VAT (HT). VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country and business status. EU businesses with a valid VAT number benefit from the intra-community reverse charge, where VAT is accounted for in your own country rather than charged by us.
