Purpose
BEAT™, operated by KARYENDA, allows you to connect third-party services — such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta organic social channels (Facebook Pages and Instagram), and additional connectors introduced over time — so that BEAT can generate analytics, insights, and connected intelligence for your workspace.
You connect these services through the provider’s own authorization flow (OAuth), and you remain the owner of the connected data at all times. BEAT accesses that data read-only, solely to provide the features you have requested, and never to publish, modify, or manage anything in your connected accounts.

What We Store
For each connected service, BEAT stores only the information required to provide analytics, insights, and connected intelligence in your workspace. Depending on the connector, this may include:
- Authorization credentials — the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the provider, stored securely and used only to retrieve the data you authorized
- Connection metadata — the specific account, property, page, or profile you selected to analyse, and basic display information about it
- Analytics snapshots — the metrics BEAT reads on a scheduled basis (for example audience, traffic, engagement, search, or campaign metrics) to build the insights and trends shown in your workspace
BEAT does not store more than is necessary to provide these features. The full detail of what is collected, how it is used, and with which processors it is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Requesting Deletion
You can request deletion of all connected data associated with your account or workspace at any time. Send a request from the email address associated with your account to:
To help us locate the right records, please include the workspace name and the connected services you want removed (or state that you want all connected data deleted). We will confirm once the deletion has been completed.

Automatic Deletion
You do not need to email us to remove connected data — BEAT deletes it automatically in the following cases:
- Disconnecting a connector. Disconnecting a service from your workspace stops all further access and triggers deletion of the stored data for that connection, including its authorization tokens.
- Deleting a workspace.Deleting a workspace erases its connected data together with the rest of the workspace’s data.
Deletion is carried out without undue delay, in line with the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy. In any case, connected analytics snapshots are retained for no longer than 90 days on a rolling basis, so data that is no longer refreshed is removed automatically.

Revoking Access at the Provider
Independently of BEAT, you can revoke BEAT’s access directly from the provider that issued it. Once you do, BEAT can no longer access that service’s data, and the corresponding stored data is deleted following the process described above.

Scope
This policy applies to every third-party service you connect to BEAT, whether available today or added in the future. As BEAT introduces new connectors — for example additional advertising, analytics, social, search, warehouse, CRM, or e-commerce integrations — the same principles apply: you remain the owner of the connected data, BEAT stores only what is necessary to provide the corresponding features, and disconnecting the service or deleting the workspace removes the associated data.
