The BEAT™ name, methodology, signal interpretation logic, intelligence architecture, briefing formats, and analytical output structures are proprietary systems developed exclusively by KARYENDA. Reproduction, adaptation, reverse engineering, resale, or commercial use of any KARYENDA intellectual property without express written authorization is prohibited.

The content of Signal Studies — including observed business patterns, analytical frameworks, and case interpretations — is the intellectual property of KARYENDA and may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, or used commercially without authorization.

Referencing KARYENDA or BEAT™ in an editorial, research, or informational context is permitted provided that KARYENDA is properly attributed and the reference does not misrepresent the nature of the systems, outputs, or methodologies involved.

Analytical Outputs Disclaimer

BEAT™ and future KARYENDA analytical systems generate probabilistic intelligence outputs derived from declared, observable, publicly available, inferred, connected, and third-party enriched signals. These outputs are designed to inform business, growth, and revenue understanding — not to replace professional judgment.

Certain KARYENDA systems may incorporate automated analytical, probabilistic, or AI-assisted interpretation layers as part of their signal analysis process.

KARYENDA analytical outputs:

Are probabilistic and signal-based — not deterministic assessments of business reality
Are informational in nature — not audits, certifications, or formal business evaluations
Do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, fiscal, HR, or binding strategic advice
Do not constitute management consulting advice unless expressly agreed under a separate written engagement
Are not guarantees of growth outcomes, conversion improvement, commercial performance, or business results
Are generated from declared, observable, publicly available, enriched, or user-connected information — not from direct financial, analytics, CRM, advertising, or system access unless you have expressly connected such a source or agreed otherwise

KARYENDA uses probabilistic language throughout its outputs — terms such as “signals suggest”, “may indicate”, “appears to”, and “indicators point toward” are deliberate and reflect the nature of signal-based analytical interpretation. They should not be read as confirmed diagnoses or factual assertions about any specific company.

Users of KARYENDA analytical systems are responsible for applying their own professional judgment when acting on any output, signal interpretation, or recommendation derived from KARYENDA systems.

Data Sources & Signal Enrichment

KARYENDA analytical systems may incorporate publicly accessible, declared, inferred, observed, user-connected, or third-party enriched business signals to generate intelligence outputs.

Depending on the system used, signal enrichment may include:

Public website content and structural information
Publicly available business and company signals
Lead intelligence and enrichment providers
Declared form inputs submitted voluntarily by users
Information submitted through the BEAT™ platform and workspace
Connected data sources expressly authorized by users — including Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data accessed through Google APIs with user consent, handled in accordance with the Google User Data section of the KARYENDA Privacy Policy
Automated signal extraction and structural pattern analysis
Publicly observable digital growth, positioning, conversion, and funnel signals — including those of companies a user chooses to track as competitors

KARYENDA does not claim ownership over third-party business data, publicly accessible information, or external enrichment sources. KARYENDA’s proprietary layer resides in the interpretation, structuring, correlation, and analytical signal intelligence systems built around those signals.

Where users voluntarily submit information through forms, briefings, the BEAT™ platform, workspace, or other interactions, KARYENDA may use that information to generate analytical outputs, improve signal interpretation, and support business communication, subject to applicable data protection rules and the KARYENDA Privacy Policy.

Signal Studies

Signal Studies published by KARYENDA are illustrative composite analyses constructed from recurring business observations, growth patterns, and signal interpretation logic.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Signal Studies do not describe or disclose confidential information relating to any specific client, company, or organization.

Signal Studies are provided for informational and educational purposes. They are designed to illustrate how recurring signal patterns may appear across companies, not to represent guaranteed outcomes, client results, or verified case study performance.

Signal Studies should be read as composite pattern analyses, not as testimonials, client references, or factual accounts of a single organization.

Website Use

Access to karyenda.com and beatsignals.com is provided for informational and operational purposes. Users are expected to use the website and platform in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

Automated scraping, crawling, or extraction of website or platform content at scale is not permitted without prior authorization
Systematic reproduction of website or platform content — including Signal Studies, methodology documentation, analytical frameworks, or intelligence formats — is prohibited
The use of KARYENDA content, methodologies, analytical outputs, signal libraries, datasets, or systems for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or improving artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated analytical systems is prohibited without express written authorization
Attempts to reverse engineer, replicate, resell, or commercially reproduce KARYENDA systems or outputs are prohibited

KARYENDA reserves the right to restrict access to any part of the website or platform at its discretion.

Liability

KARYENDA provides its systems, analytical outputs, website content, and platform content in good faith and with reasonable care. However, KARYENDA does not warrant that its systems are error-free, complete, exhaustive, or suited to any particular purpose beyond their stated intent.

To the extent permitted by applicable Belgian law, KARYENDA shall not be liable for:

Business decisions made on the basis of KARYENDA analytical outputs
Growth, operational, financial, commercial, strategic, or conversion outcomes resulting from the application of KARYENDA methodologies
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind
Temporary unavailability of KARYENDA systems, forms, intelligence systems, platform, or services
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or misleading information submitted by users
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from third-party sources, enrichment providers, connected data sources, or publicly available information

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Belgian law.
